Pull in Claret Sell Data

This walks you through how to integrate Forecast and History data from Claret and bring it into EZplan.

Configuration in EZplan

Before running this integration within EZplan, you must confirm your configuration is correct.

  1. From the Toolbox, click on the "Pull Sales Plan from Claret" link in the "Setup" section.

2. Review the configuration.

Parameter
Description

Sales forecast start date

This is the start date (best to use the first date of the month) of the forecast pull.

Sales forecast duration

Starting from the "Sales forecast start date", how much of the forecast will be pulled into EZplan.

EZplan Customer Group to Map to

When we bring data over from Claret, we need to map it to the proper Customer Group in EZplan.

Claret Sale Type to EZplan Sales Plan

Which Claret Sales Type should be mapped to EZplan's Sales Plan (e.g. forecast)?

Claret Sale Type to EZplan Sales History

Which Claret Sales Type should be mapped to EZplan's Sales History?

3. To change the parameters, click on "Company Parameters" link. This will take you to the Company Parameters page. If you want to make adjustments, look for the api prefix parameters.

Typically, the most frequently changed parameter is the "Sales forecast start date" once the other parameters are set for the first time.

Running the Integration

  1. From the Toolbox, click on the "Pull Sales Plan from Claret" link in the "Setup" section.

  2. Click on the "Run Integration Job" button.

  3. This could take few minutes to run.

  4. Once the job is done, a message will appear on the page informing you of the completion along with a Job ID link.

    1. If there was an issue with the job, there will be information to review by clicking on this Job ID link. You can also share this link with [email protected] to help with any troubleshooting.
